The WFA Group was formed in 1984 as Wayne Frederick and Associates to provide collateral review services for banks in the Houston area. As demand grew for these services and appraisal services were added, the name was changed to WFA/Collateral Review Services, Inc. or the "WFA Group".
Today we provide a variety of services to commercial lenders and businesses throughout the United States. The primary services include Accounts Receivable and Inventory exams, Collateral Monitoring, Equipment Appraisals and Business Valuations.
We conduct well over 600 exams and/or appraisals each year for most major bank groups as well as dozens of independent banks. Hundreds of commercial loan officers depend on WFA to provide them with timely and accurate information relative to their collateral.
WFA gains it's strength in the industry through the long service history of key employees and staff experience in Accounting, Collateral Exams, Equipment Appraisals, Banking and Management.
