Since 1984

The WFA Group was established in 1984 by our founder, Wayne Frederick, as Wayne Frederick and Associates to provide collateral reviews for banks in the Houston area. As demand for services grew, the name was changed to WFA Collateral Review Services, Inc. dba The WFA Group (“WFA”).

Today, WFA provides a variety of services to commercial lenders and other clients throughout the United States including Accounts Receivable and Inventory field examinations, equipment appraisals, note reviews, and floor plan verifications. WFA conducts over 500 exams and appraisals each year for banks/financial institutions of all sizes – from Community Banks to Multinational Banking organizations throughout the U.S.
